Total newb, unusual case, would love some advice on supplements.

Hey to all, I have searched the threads and I don't think anyone quite meets the uniqueness of my situation. I am a 27.5 yo male, 5'7" 130 lbs and obviously dis pleased with my Body image. I eat like a horse and don't gain weight. Sometimes my mom asks me if I'm on meth!

Here's the real concern though: I'm 27 and I look like I'm 17. I can barely grow facial hair! My peers don't always take me seriously and girls don't even look at me.

Obviously I will never be taller but I would like to weigh 150-160, have some muscle mass, and look my age. There is some kind of hormone deficiency going on.

Basically, I would like to hear from some experts. Where do I start. I don't think there's any doubt that I need test or hgh, but which formulations/cycles? I want to put on 15-20 lbs of muscle. I want to grow a beard! I'm guessing I will need protein supplements for pre and post workout. What supplements/ methods do yall recommend so that I can make some gains but not blow up so fast that it makes people suspicious.

Suggestions/recommendations/ experiences can yall offer? Thanks so much b in advance.

Steroids definitely aren't the answer. If you think there's a deficiency then blood work is where you should start.

There's plenty of threads with your exact situation, you're a skinny guy struggling to gain weight, I was too (still pretty skinny, 160) but I can gain weight easily now but to start out I had to eat myself sick daily until eating 3.5k calories was a breeze (I got fat of course).

I'd suggest starting out just forcing yourself to eat more, use 'myfitnesspal' to track what you eat and force yourself to eat more until you gain weight. If you're struggling to get the calories in a mass gainer can help, make your own with protein and maltodextrin or whey/oats/milk/peanut butter, things like that. Add a scoop of peanut butter to each meal, a glass of milk instead of whatever else you're drinking.

Little tricks to fit in more calories.

Have you gone to a doctor to get a full blood panel? Maybe check out the TRT section and ask exactly what to ask your doctor to test for, this way you know if there is a deficiency in hormones. With this information we can better advise you where to start and what course of action to use.

Yes I have had that in my plans aver since I was a kid, I always looked younger than everyone else. I have had much blood work done, but not necessarily for any particular purpose, so they probably never measured for hormones. As far as libido goes, I am a straight male and I feel like it is on part with Any other male in his 20s, which is to say pretty strong. But On The Outside I Look like a 16-17 year-old. When my parents discussed the possibility of GH I was a prepubescent kid, but I actually want to get into fitness and positive body image. and I know that starting out by using products is extreme, but considering I'm almost 28 I would like to appear my age, which could undoubtedly be facilitated with test or hgh. On top of that, gains in size and physique would send my self-esteem much higher.
In addition, I have suffered long-time treatment resistant anxiety, depression and insomnia. I have read from multiple sources that naturally-occurring chemicals like hgh and test have been shown to alleviate the symptoms. I appreciate the concern and especially the post from khazida discouraging me from taking that route-it-shows that people on this forum really care about the well-being of others, but I have done so much research that I feel like the fact that I have unsuccessfully tried prescription medications to address my depression and lack of motivation. My mind is pretty much made up that I want to try hormone-based therapy, and I really want to feel good about the way I look, so at this point I just wonder if anyone could recommend a program, and whether hgh or the test-600 is the best way to go about it. Obviously I will adhere to the nutritional requirements and cycle off properly, I'm just wondering if and had a similar reason for making the jump, what they used and what the outcome was for them.

I'd also like to mention that both my parents growing up were doctors, and it created this atmosphere of self-diagnosis and treatment in my household. I realize how dumb that can be for someone like me with no MedicAL training myself but I want to lift anyways and , but I want
    To Get into fitness too.

Well you still need to go get blood work done to see where your test and estrogen levels are at the very least. Without this you are going in blind and leave yourself open for some serious side effects. You think you have depression now? Have you done research on steroid induced depression? Hormones are a very serious game, you don't want to go in with the wrong equipment, you will get hurt. People rarely discuss the mental side effects of using AAS, to me these are for more dangerous and can lead to some pretty dark roads. Please do yourself a favor and get yourself checked first, then we can advise a plan that will work with minimal sides.

Growing facial hair could just be genetics ..... Im 24 and i dont have no " lumber beard" , and can barely grow hair on my lip , but i havent got any underlining issues as my dad never had a full beard and neither did my mothers dad . This is just how i am genetically .... If I were you id buy some mass gainers , start eating like a mo fo and lifting heavy , you may add fat but youll get strong fast , then in a year maybe cut to see your LBM ...

In the words of the hodge twins " but this is is just advice do whatever the F%CK you wanna do "
