    Hello!

When do you take your MSM?

On empty stomach or with food?

    Dosage?

i would recommend starting with .5 gm, or even .25 gm, and see how your digestive system handles that. (some people experience a bit of..."discomfort", shall we say) then, slowly increase your dose as you are able to tolerate more. i take a full rounded tablespoon (about 20-22 gms) dissolved in hot water most mornings - typically on an empty stomach, but i'm not sure how much that matters.

the stuff tastes awful! i stopped adding it to my shakes because it ruined the taste of the whole shake! rather take it by itself with a shake for a "chaser".

I mix 5 gms in water and use it to wash down my melatonin before bed. It's basically on an empty stomach. When training really heavy I up the MSM to 10 gms split into two separate doses. It sure has helped my joints.
