I taking vitamins daily. See no reason why periodization is needed.
Daily vitamins wont hurt, but you can up the doses at certain times during the year. For instance, i double my intake of vitamin D and C in the winter months because I live in Canada, and we barely get any sun during our long ass winters. This should boost my immune system and keep my bones strong, but i usually go back to regular doses in summer.
