    Letrozol in teens

Ok so I'm 17 and I have pubertal gyno and I know I'm supposed to wait for it to go away, which it probably won't do because solid masses have already formed. But I can't wait until after summer because it's supposed to take another 5-6 months to go away, and I'm always having my shirt off all summer because I like to swim etc. If I took letrozole , which I heard is the only thing that works with gyno would it be a bad idea? Are there ANY, and I will try anything, other ways to get rid of it? Also I'm a male 6'1 152 pounds less than 14% body fat. Anything helps, and thank you in advance

told my doc he said I should just wait until it goes away but everything I have researched says it won't go away because the solid masses have formed. And he said if it did it wouldn't go away until like October or later
