It's funny how at all the places I go they always say milk thistle is for liver and nac is for immune system. But every thing I read on line says liver support.

NAC kept my liver values damn near perfect with orals in my cycle for 6 weeks, and i was taking an antibiotic. NAC is amazing stuff straight up.

I use UDCA if my liver values do get elevated. I use NAC to manage them on cycle (1200mgs/day) but if for some reason they end up out of range Ill take UDCA at 250mgs on top of NAC to get them back in line.Originally Posted by Gambit11

What NAC or UDCA ? NAC is an OTC supplement, UDCA is available from RUI.
Supplement companies sell TUDCA, which is UDCA with Taurine added. They basically did this to be able to sell it as an OTC supplement. Beware of much false research showing TUDCA is better than UDCA, IMO it isnt. What happened is supplement companies added the taurine so they could sell it legally and then they funded some research that miraculously showed TUDCA works better than UDCA (im being sarcastic). I stick with UDCA, thats what is used in medical circles and it definitely works.
