Has anyone used papaya extract to stimulate their appetite? Guy in the gym said he uses it and it's really helped him out a lot when he's bulking. Thoughts?

Never used it for increasing appetite but I've been told its good for digestion when on a high protein diet.
It's a digestion aid but not the only one by far. Well worth experimenting with digestive enzymes on a bulk particularly.
Thanks guys. I'm gonna pick some up and monitor how it effects my appetite.
