For the past 3 months I have been cutting body fat. I went from 224lbs and im down to about 208-210 at 6'2". My diet is 100% clean and I eat roughly 500-700 under my TDEE and I allow myself one cheat meal a week. I am very dedicated to my diet and training but I would like a little extra something. I have read a lot of good things about Albuterol. I think at this point it would be an effective tool for me to continue my fat loss. Again, I am 6'2" 210lbs and 26 years old. I started at around 20% body fat. What is the recommended dose for this? When should it be taken? How long should I use it for? Any downsides to using this and is there anything I should avoid while using it?
