    B Vitamins

    Is it better to take B Vitamins as a liquid over taking it in pill form?

    Yes I inject b-12. Note that it is injectable B-12. Not sure what you are asking?

    No worries!! I was just wondering if you inject just B-12 or inject B-Complex.

    B-Complex includes:

    B1 (Thiamine HCL)
    B2 (Riboflavin-5-Phosphate)
    B3 (Inositol Hexanicotinate)
    B5 (D-Calcium Pantothenate)
    B6 ( Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate & Pyridoxine HCL )
    B9 (Folic Acid)
    B12 (Cyanocobalamin – 1,000mcg per ml)

    Google it. If you find an injectable b complex vitamin you will have your answer. I'm curious as that would be an awesome thing to have.
