Its a substance that if used incorrectly could be fatal.
They could be tightening up access,,but its still readily
available in a lot of areas of the world.

You can still easily obtain it if you looked around for a bit...But maybe since there were multiple instances and news stories that were made public in the last couple years about people taking it maybe the courts got involved and ended up screwing over the sellers and the families of the victims could have gotten some reimbursement
