If my schedule forces me to workout in the early morning I will take one scoop of Mr Hyde. I've tried pre-jym and really thought it was the best pre-workout I have taken in a long time however the price is ridiculous.

AAKG (arginine alphaketoglutarate) and a little an oral lozenge that has a pretty effective B-Complex/methylcobalamin spectrum.
B12 gets the thermogenic activity to snap into overdrive. I don't get the same results from cynanocobalamin I.M, but methylcobalamin through the oral route does wonders.
I've had some positive experiences with hydroxocobalamin, but the methylated vitamer is more practical and convenient.

3 tablespoons of instant coffee in a shake with oats and about 30 minutes of quality tunes from Slo Burn, Sleep, Acid Kings, Kyuss, or something along those lines.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Nitraflex, orange flavour is awesome, watermelon not bad. Very important to keep the container well sealed and away from moisture, once the powder starts clumping i feel its potency really goes down for some reason.
Tried BSN, a year ago, its not bad but makes my heart pump way too much. Jack3d sucks, tried both formulas did nothing for me. Assault wasn't that great either.

Cellucor NO Extreme. Definitely recommend this one for when you're cutting. It's basically their pump PWO compared to their C4 which is a stimulant based PWO. Doesn't have creatine but still worked.
I also liked the Pro Supps Dr. Jekyll. Taste great and gave me good pumps.

My favourite for the time beeing is beetrootjuice. Increases stamina and bloodflow like no other. 7,5 dl. Its perhaps the most healthy you can put in your body also. 2 in 1 there.
No caffeineeffect though. So a cup or two before you go is stil mandatory

6g citulline, 1g glycerol, 1g agmatine, 210mg caffeine, 3.2g beta alanine, 3g betaine, 4g bcaa. Im using white flood, animal cuts, and bcaas, beta alanine, and betaine taken in powder form. I have used pre-jym, which was the best out of c4,assault, n.o xplode, Explosion by six star, and the curse. I liked the curse a lot even though its ingredients are limited. i just starting using my new pre. I will update you once i mess around with these new ingrients which ive never tried (glycerol, agmatine)

tried my new pre-workout stack. I was hoping for improved vascularity as i am using just about everything (7.5 g citrulline malate, 1 g agmatine, beet root extract, glycerol, creatine, beta alanine, betaine, cayenne pepper.... results no more pump than usual! I've come to the conclusion that for me no vaso-dilators work

C4 is beast man! Love that thing, rush of energy and beast workout while on it! Also all that depends when i actually take that one, I like to cycle off of it every 3 months so my body wouldn't get used to it. In that time I usually jump on a legal steroids stack, pretty much I do a 4 week with that or an 8 week cycle with it then jump back on C4.
