For anyone who have read Austinite's excellent write-up on T3, T3: A complete guide to cycling T3 and how it works he there also talks about T4. "So in fact, even more than 200mcg of T4 would be required to produce 50mcg of T3". He points out this is not a very exact calculation but an estimate. Has anyone ran T3 and then T4 to compare how much they needed to get around the same effect? I keep seeing people stating that T4 only gets converted as much as the body need but if that were the case one could take 1000mcg T4 and still only what the body need would be converted.

Any practical experience around this would be much appreciated.

Thanks
