Some are. What's more important is your food intake And your work outs. Visit the diet section and read up on as much as u can
Protein shakes and creatine are the most beneficial IMHO.
Been on a old school style diet for while and making same gainz as i was on garbage supps if not more. I really think this new era of bodybuilding and supps is just bs. I only stick to food all day 6-7 meals a day , only thing i use is bcaas witch i think has its benefits, and pre workout , gives me more energy after work to hit the gym (only because of caffeine). Old schoolers had perfect nice symtery with no bloat and made gains without all this bs. All they used was food, put in work in the gym and had some type of bccas that were starting to show up in the game and gear of course.
