I've been using it myself and haven't noticed a dramatic increase but definitely an increase in muscle pumps. Got it pretty cheap for 50+ serves of pure product so I'd say it's worth it if you can get it pure and cheap.

I wouldn't spend too much time researching it's proposed ergogenic benefits. There is an equal amount of studies stating observatory improvements and others highlighting negligible results.

The issue is they all use radically different quantities and dosaging methodologies with their controlled groups. I've seen 3,000mg/day all the way up to 6,000mg/day.
