    Nitric Oxide and the heart

Are Ntric Oxide supplements safe? Do we know for sure that these supplements are not hard on the heart?

What's given you the idea that NO can be dangerous? Our NOS enzymes endogenously synthesize it on our own (requires O2, L-arginine, and NADP+) Is it because it's technically a free radical?

Obviously you have to be responsible with dosaging precursory compounds.

I definitely wouldn't contribute the NO to that issue in my opinion considering the vast amount of stimulants they put in preworkouts.

Diminished nitric oxide synthase activity has been associated with an increased risk in developing cardiovascular diseases.

If anything NO decreases blood pressure and probably reduces coronary risk factors.
