Finallly found the best powder EVER!

Ive tried extreme dosages of powders through the years but nothing comes near Rich Pianas raw food powder. Containing real sweet potato, yams, oat and fruits. Finally you can eat 10 times a day without eating.
Ive tried maltodextrin and other carbpowders but its far from real food. And Pianas foodpowder.

With casein/whey it gets me through my workday.

But its expensive as hell. Got it from a norweigian site. Over 100 dollars for 1,8 kg.

Price is one of the biggest reasons that I don't buy his products.

His real food protien is just to much money for me.

His alldayumay. Tastes great but ones again. Lasts about two weeks and costs to much.

His pre work out sucks. In my apinion

why not just buy yourself real food that you prep yourself? You'd get so much more bang for your buck, even if were just talking about sweet potato home made dried-chips etc? Just saying...

    This man.
OP you fall for an awful lot of marketing BS I have noticed. An awful lot. Little tip that may save you some money, dont believe the hype. I wasted a lot of cash for several years before I wised up and realized most supps were a ripoff. Learn from my mistakes, it will be a lot cheaper than learning this on your own dime man.

Price is a definite factor,,,,not practical for most to be able to afford something so expensive. Maybe that's why they call it 5% nutrition? Only 5% can afford it.

Has anyone ever considered using bulk protien?

Google understands my priorities more than my wife does - lol. Google ads suggested bulk protien, bulk creatine etc - super cheap prices.

    Anyone?

I'd be real careful of bargain basement protein powders. Inferior brands can cause stomach issues like gas,,bloat,,even diarrhea. Do your homework and make sure its a quality protein such as whey isolate.

Why not just buy bulk sweet potato powders. You can get a kilo for less than 15 bucks.

Yep. Been dealing with them for over a decade. Their shipping is a tad high, but well worth it, IMO.

Luckily I'm in California so there regular shipping gets to me in 2days. haha

They have to make their money somewhere, it is worth it for how great their product quality is.

I have already done that. Bougth myself a vitaplex blender and i put oats, greens and other goodies in it. Blender was expensive. But the things i put in it are almost for free. It works but the consistens and taste will never be close too pianas powder. That powder has incredible taste. And believe me, taste and consistens is the number one factor when it comes to powders.

Good question. I guess its because Rich Piana do not believe in protein powders and his engineers have not developed a smooth and effictive way to make food proteinsources into 100% bioavaiable powders with great taste

supplements are waste of money, if you can't get what you need from real food then most likely its a bad diet.

not always. and not all supplements are waste of money. indeed, lately, people are trying to scam us out and get our money in exchange of nothing. but there are still some good supplements. and sometimes, you can't get everything you need from food alone. for several reasons like that specific food is to expensive where you live, it is not there at all and a lot more.

He doesn't believe in protein powder...

Let's just take a minute to reflect on the intelligence of this man. No doubt, he's successful, earning more money than most of us. However this man has no understanding of the body, hormones or nutrition. None.

I distinctly remember the 'man-who-does-not-believe' was also the face of Mutant!!

I work for a company that makes protien powder and im being told that they figured out a way to make protien powder without milk...

Been working there for 15 years, its 90% milk protein, no fillers added just pure protein before it goes overseas or somewhere in the states to be made into 5lb jugs lol. There parent company owns ON brand now too I believe.

I get a 45 lbs bag of this for 190 bucks, but each scoop give me 56 grams of protein, no flavor to it thats ok i add stuff to my shakes anyway. So say 15 lbs will last me almost all year due to how far it goes.

Thqts a smoking deal. If you want to flavor it check out truenutrition.com. they have flavoring packs for 5 bucks, lots of different flavors. 1 5 dollar pack is supposed to flavor 1-2 pounds of protein depending on how strong you want the flavor to be.

Kind of what I figured the response would be lol. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard. Not what you said. The 10 meal thing.
