    Yes, people use glucosamine with idea that it's improving the health of their cartilage. Does it actually work? You'd have to find out for yourself as there is two sides to the arguement. Some people swear by it while others claim it's benefit (if any) is minuscule and hardly worth the effort.

    ^^^ there u go. That's about the best answer u can get.

    Most ppl i have seen say it's a waste. But I have seen ppl swear by it and think it's the greatest thing in the world.

    Try it and see what happens

    From what little I've read on it seems as though glucosamine is frequently taken with chondroitin sulfate when your goal is joint health. Possibly a synergistic relationship?

    Your correct,,,SOME people find this effective when both are combined.

    It is good. My dads friends a doctor and he actually recommend it to me since i was having joint pain. I'm blessed with bad joints unfortunately!
