Like Marcus said, it depends on what is causing the bloat. I had some digestive issues and was bloating. Added in some digestive enzymes and probiotics and it improved. Then BG got me to give Greek yogurt a try. I average a cup every day or two and rarely use the digestive enzymes and probiotics anymore. The Greek yogurt seems to have everything I need.
Since I don't really need the calories from the simple carbs contained in most yogurts, I went with the fat free pain Chobani yogurt and just threw a little cinnamon and Splenda at it. Recently, I've been adding a teaspoon of the sugar free chocolate syrup instead of the cinammon and Splenda.
Most of the protein in my diet comes from beef, which can cause digestive issues with some people, but the addition of the yogurt has really helped me.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
