Men's ones a day 2 times a day
I go back and forth with creatine
C, d3, nac, fish oil, red yeast rice, slo niacin, b12, multis are generally ineffective and little is absorbed.
Thanks guys, bigd I have heard a good amount about the multis. I guess I was mostly covering my bases in taking them. If I don't have to spend my dough on multis I can probably get an extra bucket of whey per month. I'm not crying poverty but the extra cost of health is significant but worth it. I also have been reading up on niacin. As I am a diabetic and b3 can raise blood sugar, I want to hit up my PCP as to whether he would recommend it and at what dose. Thanks again..
