ECA cycle plan, advice requested.

I am planning on using an ECA stack in the later phase of my cut and would appreciate advice on how to properly use it.

The current method and dosing that I am aware of:

Loading Phase

Day 1
Dose 1: 16mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine

Day 2-3
Dose 1: 16mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine
Dose 2: 16mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine
Dose 3: 16mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine

Day 4-7
Dose 1: 24mg ephedrine + 200mg Caffeine
Dose 2: 16mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine
Dose 3: 16mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine

Day 8-14
Dose 1: 24mg ephedrine + 200mg Caffeine
Dose 1: 24mg ephedrine + 200mg Caffeine
Dose 1: 16mg ephedrine + 100mg Caffeine

Week 3-5
Dose 1: 24mg ephedrine + 200mg Caffeine
Dose 2: 24mg ephedrine + 200mg Caffeine
Dose 3: 24mg ephedrine + 200mg Caffeine

Stopping
No Ephedrine
Taper off caffeine

I am not sure how to dose the aspirin other then to get the "baby" 81mg tablets. I am also not aware of how aspiring contributes to the stack. Please advise.

I would also be very grateful if you can share any warnings and symptoms to look out for signifying that I should stop taking these supplements immediately.

Aspirin helps thin the blood which can be helpful since ephedrine and caffeine increase blood pressure. The aspirin reduces the strain on the heart.

Watch out for signs of dehydration or electrolyte imbalances. Dizzy when standing is a big one. When this happened to me I increased salt, potassium and water intake and was fine after a few days.
