    Fresh Laboratory tests of many brands ( Dymatize - Weider - Mutant - Syntrax - ....)

    Greetings everybody,

    i've been out for months, mainly because i don't train in the winter. specially here where temperature drops to -40C. i just don't dear to touch the iron.

    Anyway guys, have you ever questioned if you drink whey or just wheat floor with thickeners and flavor?

    have you ever heard of Amino Spiking?

    How can i know if my protein is really protein? there is nothing you can do son. except expensive laboratory tests!
