    Testosterone booster supplement

    Hi guys, I've seen some testosterone booster supplements in the market, do they really work? Is it scientifically proved?

    lLooks bad. Last one i studied was fennugreek. It was supposed be one of the best. Even our national champs supp.comp. offered a fennegreek mix at their webside.
    Well, fennugreek increases testlevel but it does so by inhibiting convertion to dht. Dht is much more potent than testosteron and the cost is therefore too high.
    Everytime i tried boosters i was certain they worked but i guess it was not the reason.
    I havent seen on 3. party scientific test which say they will work.

    Vit D3 is about the only proven test booster.
