    i feel stuck .. please help

    Hey guys i feel i hit a plateau i started off pretty good but dont notice any difference in the scale no more .. anyone recommend anything to burn fat .. but something thats really effective.. i barely started taking some cardarine been taking it for three days now but havenr felt anything yet and doubt i will .. i just want someone to put me in the right track im 34 5'8 255 lbs 😑

    At 5'8 255lb it won't take much to put you on the right track to losing weight.

    Calculating your TDEE and staying in a caloric deficit should be your focus.

    Supplements are the icing on the cake, and work best to help lose the last few stubborn pounds.

    If your trying to stay in a caloric deficit and not on point with your dieting, I'd give myfitnesspal a try. It's s pain in the ass as you first start plugging in your foods.

    It's not perfect but it gets you in the right ball park. You can also manage and track your Macros through the day.

    Bump for diet being your first priority ^^
    As far as supps, isatori Isatest Da3 and their Bio Gro, both legitly effective.
    Look into ephedrine+caffeine. Look into sarms , look into peptides. I'll give ya any info I have if ya ask, as I've tried quite a few things.

    The body will adapt to everything eventually. Training, diet.....some people will adapt in 2 weeks, some 2 months, etc.

    You always need to be changing things up, the question is "how often?"
