    serious mass by on

    I bought serious mass at vitamin world for $30 at 6lbs. 1500+ calories and 50g+ protien per serving. Anyone used this product. What were your results?

    Never used it but ON has made some solid products over the years. Let us know how it works for you.

    Im on my second container of serious mass. I been maintaining weight. But when i look in the mirror i notice gains

    Yes and it will just make you fat IMO. You could make your own without all the maltodextrin and other crap in it.

    just grab some peanut butter, ice cream, milk, some nuts and banana of course. and here you go healthy as a horse !
