    Liver Supplement(s)

    Hi

Was wondering if anyone has had any success lowering their bilirubin with milk thistle or anything else for that matter.

seems if mine has creeped up to 2.2 few years ago 1.3 then 1.6 and now 2.2....doctor wanting ultrasound

been on low dose test and arimidex for 10 years now

    thanks

    jpk

Do the ultrasound, problem is probably in gallblader.

UCDA will help lower it as it will help the bile flow.

Compared to UDCA or TUDCA I'd say yes.

    No.
But i lowered my creatinin using NAC. I always been high in creatinin. 130+ (50-130) Net info says it very well may be due to some heavy lifting. I did 1200 mg a day and a few weeks after my creatinin was in the 90s.....surprisingly.

My product? Absolutley not. I have no vested interest in any supplement companies. I only use a handful of supps myself because I
believe most are complete garbage. I do come across finds like SYNTHERGINE and if I find something that works as promised,,I let
others know. Its a rarity I will tout just any supplement.

Just got my BW back, did a liver panel. Bilirubin & AST just north of the high range and ALT getting there. I'm 57, maybe age is a factor, but for me, I like my wine every night and that is the very likely factor.

In any event, going to start NAC & also Tumeric, which I found some very encouraging things about on-line. Let's see.
