L-Arginine and NO
Hello, arginine does NOT seems to increase NO.
Here's the study.
Acute L-Arginine supplementation does not increase nitric oxide production in healthy subjects

I never understood the fascination with the stuff. Sure, I take it occasionally but only because Walmart sells a decent product for $9. I've tried much pricier options and none have worked better. And "better" isn't saying a whole lot. The pumps while working out are nice but quickly fade and I've never seen any lasting benefits but for $9 I'll pop a few before a workout.

Generally speaking, products that are sold as "supplements" are not studied like drugs, or may not be studied at all. So their their effect is not guranteed.
Ironically, I still take many of these supplements. I guess it's just phycological.
