I have been bulking since spring break this year. It has been successful 20+ lbs of lean muscle, but I still want to put on more weight. I have been drinking a shake atleast an hour before lifting, right after, and before bed of a 56gProtein/80gSimpleCarb shake. This has been combined with alot of eating. I decided to buy a few other tubs of different wheys.
Do ya'll think its worth it to drink a shake in the morning when I wake up, or am I just wasting it?
I have cytogainer, optimum whey, muscle milk, Pro-Rated all on hand. I get 23lbs worth of it today in the mail

. I'm eating 3-4 big meals a day, the shakes along, with snacks(protein bars etc) in between.
I'm 5'11, 186 with low fat(still need to get tested for %)
