Thread: What is your favorite preworkout to drink before you train?

    Tomorrow i will use beetrootjuice and probably 10 g of l-arginine. Min coffee. Extremly good for your cardivascular system and gives clean awesome pump aswell.
    Problem is, it will not give you guts and energy. Just stamina and pump. And if add caffein it will boost guts and energy but tax the pump.

    The best preworkout I had was original jack3d with 1.3 dmaa, that shit was crazy but I shortly developed intolerance to it, just too strong. There are many things out there that work good, too many if you try them one after another.

    Gatorade mixed with bcaa's , whey shake and straight self motivation. Possible energy drink (monster nitro) small can. Looking at the clock bouncing my legs getting psyched for that time to hit it, c4 is cool but nothing like natural drive. Cuz when you don't have that other stuff it's like it's harder to go.

    I've ordered some "China White", gonna combine it with the general stuff like alanine taurine and so on, should have interesting effects.

    Lately Im more in to DIY of supps and vitamins minerals etc, why preworkout should be an exception I thought, will experiment a little.

    I fine that no matter how great a pre workout is, your body will eventually adapt. There for I stick to caffeine via coffee, or caffeine pills. Plain and simple...

    I feel powerful and I get nice pump not super pump but it's better than nothing. Or replace above with a cup of 3 spoon of dark coffee with little sweetener

    2-3 tbsp. of coffee, 5 g L-arginine, 5g glutamine peptides, and a couple of scoops of whey protein isolate.

    What's everyone's arginine dosed at???

    I used to use now powder form at 2.2gs per teaspoon I believe....but flavor was horrid if u went even more.

    Now I have 1g pill form from now products.....but they are horse pills.

    That's alot to take.

    I use True Nutrition and Now powders, Sfla. Just dump it in with the rest.of my shake ingredients and drink it down?

    Mix a little getting psyched with a large dose of motivation and dedication. Willingness only goes so far until you take action so a pinch of willingness and some raw aggression to smack the, weights into next training week that is all. Nothing fancy.
    O yeah. BcaaS and Gatorade water whey possibly an apple and some caffeine

    Im similar to BIB.

    Cialis 12.5mg EOD.

    30 mins pre - 200mg caffeine 16mg ephedrine + baby aspirin

    Just tried this combo recently and loving the pump and energy. I don't like to take ephedrine for too long tho so probably 4 week total run before switching to something else.

    Yea, the increased blood flow helps with achieving a pump. The vascularity during and after the workout is insane

    has anyone tried bostin loyd's freak juice? he's always hyping it up. i only ask because his krack 2.0 has 40 mg of dmaa in it

    I will check it out. I do quite well with DMAA and AMP Citrate.

    Cialis defo increases vascularity and a pump. Unfortunately, every time I try using it @ 5g daily, I start having multiple nose bleeds daily. It seems to be one of the sides for some people.
