Does Milk Thistle help the liver? I was taking Andro, (ok so flame me), and I heard that it can be just as bad on the liver as the real stuff, does Milk Thistle really help with the liver function or is it like the ole Boron thing several years ago?

No Milk thistle works, its is very affective.

depends what you are using - dose should usually be anywhere between 500-1000mg/day

IME 800mg ED + (based on 40mg D-Bol ED) split into three doses.

mike is on the money - also be sure that the sylimarin content is at 80% - most will be but when ur always on the lookout for some cheap MT, it pays to look

Make sure the Milk Thistle you buy is Standardized this gurantees sylimarin content is at 80% I just bought mine from GNC @ £6.99 for 60 at 200mg per tablet and Berry I guess this would still be called Milk Thistle in Spain as that is the name of the herb
