Honestly you don't need them. If you eat a normal BB'ing style diet and assumably take protein supplements it's just not necessary. Other guys will no doubt chime in with brands that they prefer.

Keller is right assuming you map out a perfect diet addressing your range of vitamins and minerals. I personally choose to supplement a few things, BCAA being one of them. The brand doesn't matter at all but look for something with a ratio of 4:1:1 or 8:1:1. I usually purchase the cheapest powder I can find.

if you'd go by studies that have based dosage proven to work on their subjects I would say the best go would be just try and buy bulk powders and blend it yourself to your preferred ratio, will be exactly what you want and will be ton cheaper if you must go this way.

Yes, there are good companies and nice pills/boxes but so is the price for convenience, unless you dont mind parting with lump of cash on regular basis for little benefit in regards to cost/effect ratio.

I like to use BCAA'S throughout the day. It seems to help with recovery. I buy them in bulk by the kilo, and flavoring from truenutrition.com. if I run out of flavoring or want something a little different I will buy scivation xtend. I usually buy extra bulk leucine to add tonthe BCAA'S.

Believe it or not salted Carmel is really good!!i usually don't go for that..Iam usually a vanilla guy cause it's easy to mix with fruits pwo and chocolate gets hard for me to handle after awhile..there vanilla is terrible though really bland..I always go double chocolate or salted Carmel I like to have a bag of both on hand so if I get sick of one I got a back up ..

I don't feel they are really necessary or beneficial if consuming plenty of whole food protein and whey on a daily basis. Though when I did supplement with additional bcaa's I always bought in bulk and unflavored.
