    Kidney and liver support

    Looking for kidney and liver support suppliments.. what would be the best for both?

    NAC, along with the obvious water. I have ran numerous liver and kidney panels before and after NAC use for 30 days (1800 mg per day). Every single time there is a significant positive impact.

    May I ask why hematocrit? And not eGFR?
