    Best Preworkout and what website you use to purchase?

    Hey hows it going. Been lurking for a little bit here and there.

    So I've gone through several different PWO and it always ends up being where I take more then the recommended dose to get any sort of 'focus' 'pump' etc feelings from a PWO. I usually shop on amazon as I love prime and gone through so many different PWO and still not finding one that sticks.

    I tried for Mesomorph because of the DMAA or AMP Citrate but cant seem to find it anywheres. The website I have googled just looked to shady to throw my card numbers on it. So what do you use? Recommend etc?

    I think instant coffee is the best pre workout.

    The second best being daily low dose cialias.

    More or less all the effects you feel from a pre workout come from caffeine anyway.

    Imo you'd be better of taking the $30-60 dollars you spend on a pre workout full of junk and buy your girl some flowers.

    Pres are just placebo mental crutches


    If someone started taking Cialis as a pre-workout what they always needed to achieve a boner as well?

    What makes Cialis a good pre-workout?

    PDE5 Inhibitors aren't aphrodisiacs you still need sexual stimulation to get aroused.

    There's no dependence associated with cialias.

    Cialias makes my pumps more full and last longer.

    It's even more noticeable after a high carb day.

    Cialias is also great for lowering blood pressure and decreasing prostate inflammation.

    Due to this it's makes a great on cycle ancillary especially when if using tren.

    I think everyone over 30 should consider taking daily low dose cialias.

    My exact thoughts.caffiene can be bought in pill form for dirt cheap at Walgreens Walmart or online..

    So I was looking into my own homemade mix.

    Basically Caffine pills 200mg, Citrulline. BCAA. Beta Alanine.

    You need to make sure you're taking clinical doses.

    LOL I guess it's a small world wide web.

    I'm pretty sure bulk supplements dot com is less expensive than amazon and also has free shipping.

    Just make your own mate. This way you know exactly what you are mixing. Stay away from BS blends. For me I mix in Leucine, Creatine mono, Fruit cool-aid, and sugar. I sip on that while I work out.

    I bought a can of c4 at the direction of a friend. I dont know what the hell is in it but it makes me a billion pin pricks all over my skin after about 15min. It also makes my skin flush. Wierd feeling but it works ok. I didnt buy a second can because $30 bucks is dumb. I have used coffee and most of the time I dont use anything.

    I used to supp caffeine powder,but seemed to be suffering from adrenal fatigue. Couldn't do nothing without it either. Took a week for me to be able to function wakefully without it. Now I can hit my workouts hard without it as well.
    I use it for those days I really really need it,which is not often anymore .

    Lol! I forgot about dbol! That is definitely my favorite pre workout. Too bad its hard on the liver but the six weeks I get to are sure wonderful.

    I agree, I love d-bol pre workout makes me feel great/strong...
