Is B-Knox Raising my Creatine Levels

I have been taking B - Knox for PW since April 2016 and I recently went to the doctor for a check up all of my labs came back normal except my Creatine Levels

Normal Range 0 to 149
Mine was 609 -
1) Is this normal when taking a PW that has Creatine in it?

2) should I be alarmed? should I stop taking this PW

3) Having this high level what can happen?
