Creatine and water retention??? Please help

Hello to everybody. I haven't used Creatine Monohydrate since high school, (a long time ago). I know that it works by volumization by forcing water into the cells. But my question is, will it cause water retention under the skin as does gear? I'm off the gear right now and want to get rid off my moon face, I look like the Stay-Puff Marshmallow man and I hate it. I would love to use creatine while I'm off the stuff but don't want to use anything that will add to my already fat face. Thanks in advance. -Jitzer

I think creatine works by super hydrating your muscles etc..so I'm pretty sure that will mean some water weight especially since you have to drink plenty of water Regardless.

No creatine won't cause retention in the skin, it builds up in the muscles to like you said feed the cells allowing the muscles to get more nutrients blah blah blah lol water retention can usually be controlled with your ai on cycle but I'm not sure on effective ways to lower water retention from a cycle off cycle, I'll leave that to one of the more experienced guys. But as far as creatine goes there's no worries there

Thank you Richard Cabeza. The post cycle retention is a bitch. I didn't want to add to it
