    creatine & super piss

    i was just wondering when i use creatine i have to piss so many times its unbelivable does anyone else have this problem.
    i now its not because of the increase in water.
    sometime when im not on creatine i increase my water and it doesnt really make a diffence to how many time i take a piss.
    but on creatine its piss,piss,piss,piss piss.....
    why?

    i'm definately with ya on that one. i must piss 25x a day. when i go to the bar, forget it. i literally piss every beer i drink. my friends think it's funny. they've got it timed. this gets really annoying, especially when i'm trying to talk to a girl or something.

    Well creatine dehydrates your body, to supply your muscles with water. it is recommended that you drink plenty of water when you load Creatine. Hince probally why you piss so much. Course everyone needs to drink water, but those Kidneys are working hard..
    Has anyone tried that new Creatine, the drops? You don't have to load it, and it is taken before you work out. anyone know how effective it is? Stuff is called Creative Serum ATP?

    Ok I put a post on Creatine Serum a couple of weeks ago and the general view is it sucks!!

    Pyhsio I agree I can,t get through the night without getting up and pissing!! Hell thats annoying! LOL
