75g per 1/3 cup is on supplement direct's label, but I was told that it is mislabeled. I will check for you.

Here is a quote from swolecat.com regarding dextrose and supplementdirect.com

Yea there dextrose label is wrong. 1/3 cup = 50g of dextrose

Funny thing is they have known about this mistake for a long long time yet have not fixed it.... Let us know if your label is correct?

    Another post says that 1/2c=75g.

abstrack..... now you're just f***ing with me...

75g per 1/3 cup sounds about right, that is if we're getting from the smae place. And since you sent me the web site months ago I'm assuming we are.

-- sorry bro, I had to

I dont think the conversion amounts change, dextrose chemical structure doesnt change from store to store, not unless it is a mix.

That's what one would think, maybe I am putting too much credibility into the sages at another site.

Is my math messed up, or does a calculation based on 1.25=4g equate to 153.6g/cup? Now I am making myself confused.

I thought 1.25=4, not 1=4. That is why I came up with 153.6g. However, I do not claim to be a math expert, and I see how abstrack can fuck with your brain!

Off topic....Man was I pissed when I found out I was not consuming enough carbs because of the mislabeling and it caused my strength to go down on sgx. Not only that, I think it caused my fat loss to plateau.

I stalled out on the fat loss for a couple of weeks so I started a tren/prop and took a weekend completely off and it looks like progress has started again. I started at205 and 17.3%bf on May 5 and now I am 202 and 13.4%bf, but I was at a low weight of 192-194 b/f my new supplements.

I'll vouch for the programs!! Way worth the money and consultation with Swole!! You not only get a program but the consultation is worth it also. I have ran both programs and so far everything I have expected, I have received! Swole continues to work with you so there is no worries!

I started swolegenix yesteday. my directly post work out meal(as dictated by the program he designed specifically for me) is 45 g's of whey protien, and a 1/3 of a cup of dextros, which he said had roughly75 g's of carbs(in the dextrose alone) so, yeah, I guess i could have just said, 1/3 of a cup of dextrose= 75 g's of carbs..making 1 cup of dextrose, 225 grams, of carbs.
    thanks,
