Working Mans Supps.
We all have goals,, diff. Ailments, careers and most of all diff genetics.
Along with diet and sleep a well rounded supp imp. is what one would think puts the icing on the cake when it comes to recovery and overall well-being.
With the never endless production of various new and old supps. I wanted to get a thread going for the working man and what supps help with both a 1-2 hr workout, and n 8-10+ hr. work day.
If you meet the required work quota and similar interest in achieving your goals, and have a tried and true remedy for anything that ales ya feel free to post up some ingredients.
Not LOOKING for BRAND names. Ingredients are the key...

So, they prescribe it for preventing the growth of BPH. How do you get it to prevent BPH?

Well technically it is for me...I have fibromyalgia like symptoms due to a nasty bout of Lyme's disease back in the 90's.
Nearly killed me...now my nerves are shot out and everything aches & throbs pretty much 24-7.
Course the decades of recreational drug abuse probably exasperated my condition tenfold.
Can't function without it.
Looking into getting some CBD therapy. I hear great things about it.
