Otherwise I'd say it's way high enough as it is.
5-HTP can actually help to curb it a little, doesn't really dampen it but softens it a little. But I was (and can get) a little manic on the sex front on occasion; not a good thing in the long run actually.

If you call drugs that are OTC as supps on the US for supps then I guess there are a few. All dopaminergic drugs could probably have some impact.
So prodrugs to modafinil such as adrafinil (haven't tried), could in theory increase it.

I thought modafnil and adrafinil were smart drugs that improve concentration and memory... didn't know it can increase your sex drive as well

Not saying that my sex drive is low, but I just wanna give it an extra boost
