Hey guys need a little help here...I let myself run out of dextrose :( and it will be another week before I can get some more...so what I was wondering is if I should just take the protein by itself for the next week or if it would be better to put like 60g of regular sugar in there?? Someone please help me, I have seen awsome results with Dextrose (check out members pictures forum) and just wondering what to do.
