    Monday with Low energy

    Dont know if this happens to you Bros as well but Monday's for me its complete draggin ass!
    I feel so lethargic and very sleepy, no energy at all.
    Could it be liver? What supps should I take?
    Iwhat do you guys suggest for better mood and energy?
