Egg Yolk
Hey does anyone use egg yolk Lecithin as a supplement besides me (lol) I am in the process of re evaluating my supplements and would like to know what others think about this supplement and how much (if any) of it they take. Thanks

While i dont i eat some crapload of yolks daily (Around 8 eggs ED). - The amount of protein & fats from eggs helps me, alot.
I feel the difference btw the days im eating a good amount of eggs and those were im off my house w/o eating eggs.

I always try an avoid supplemints if i can. Eggs can be prepared so many ways.... I've even drank raw eggs. Any reason you're wanting a pill form?

Growing up I drank my eggs. Too bad we cant digest the protein nearly as effectively as we can when its cooked. Was a freaking waste of time, and nasty.

Raw eggs are very convenient, just take some extra bromelain or other protease with that and it's golden.
OR, if you actually like to eat lots of eggs, cook, bake, steak, or snort them.
