I used to use GAT Nitraflex as a pre workout and enjoyed it.

Never tried it. Ingredients are all good it seems but low quantities. Should be ok for lighter weight guys.
GAT is my go to company for their preworkout (both Nitraflex and PMP). As for as the RTD products, they are basically the same as taking powdered PMP. Try the new lemon lime flavored Nitraflex+C (3g creatine)
