Clenbuterol, not feeling effects, how should I up dose and continue?

Hello guys. I wasn't sure where to post this thread so hopefully I get some feedback. I am taking liquid Clenbuterol . Bottle is 200mcg per cc. This is the breakdown, today was first day on .3 and I am still not feeling anything. How should I continue at this point?

Also, regardless of sex, you're running the clen for WAY too long. Please read the clen FAQ.

For myself I get best effects from CLEN at around 100mcg.

14 days on followed by 14 days off.

Start low and slowly build and you'll find what works.
Using it 2 or 3 times a week for awhile works best IMO.

If you're not felling anything at 60mcg, especially the shakes, it is probably bunk or underdosed. You can take it longer than two weeks, but you have to take keto or Benadryl
