    Pre-Workout

    What is an excellent pre workout and considered inexpensive? Please let me know. I do HIT weight training, and I want the best results possible. Any suggestions would be great.

    Seems like most people take c4 or mr Hyde where I’m from. It is also not that expensive. I prefer just coffee though

    easy .. just pretend theres is a terrorist with a gun to your wife and baby daughters head telling you he's going to pull the trigger unless you do one more rep.
    you'll get the rep, no stimulants needed (the mind is more powerful then any stimulant).

    of course pinning tren suspension, popping 30 dbol and having 3 cups of coffee before hitting the gym makes the above scenario that much better

    mix up 8-10 oz. of cold brew coffee, scoop of creatine, scoop of Beta-Alanine, scoop of chocolate protein powder. For extra kick, add in a little music and a bit of aggression.

    go with pure citruline , malate is just a filler to sell you more 'volume' with no added benefit , Imo

    What he said, Ive said it before I’ll say it again. I’m on my way out the door at my job, but i have been leaving very angry for the past few months. I just think of destroying the fucks that i cant stand and it never fails.

    Idk what ill do when i start my new job.

    This seems to help me as well a lot of the time, a lot of the time my preworkout is my 8 hour shift at my mind numbing job hahaha

    If you want one with a stimulant effect try APS MESOMORPH (DMAA based)
