    Choline+Inositiol 4 Liver

I've heard that bodybuilders used to 1500 mg Choline + 1500mg Inositol for a month to help the liver. Has anyone heard anything about this, if so, what?
    And, are the amounts correct?

yes this idea has been around for decades. there are some TRT docs that been around the bodybuilding community for years that recommend this protocol .
I've never read research or seen studies on this .. but I run Choline and Insitiol year round in my supplement stack at 600mg ea. been doing so for years.

Other benefits but no a gastroenterologist would never advise a patient with a compromised liver to take it expecting it to help.

There are things that have scientific research and proven data to help the liver. There are also things that have anecdotal aspects

This combo was proven decades ago to help clear fatty liver. Bodybuilder dosage was always 3000mg per day on cycle and 1500 off cycle as maintenance. Theres some info out there from the docs of bodybuilders that say the liver tests always came back good, and suggest this over nac, or in combination. I run it whenever i do orals- never had bad liver test come back
