The Red Bull and Monster bother are headaches in a can for me. I never drink them anymore.

Any energy drink is bad. I would better stick with some coffee.

I never prefer any energy drinks. Energy drinks as a supplement do a good job of keeping people awake, but when abused, they can cause some people to miss sleep altogether. This lack of sleep causes impaired functioning and can be dangerous to drive or perform other concentration heavy tasks.

We have started drinking “Bang”drinks at the firehouse. Creatine, Coq10, BCAAs, and of course caffeine. But they are great. They sell them at QT if you have those where you are
