    Which protein powder and pre-workout?

    I've used BSN products in the past. Really liked the Syntha6 shakes but didn't really get anything from the Pumped pre workout.
    What do you use and why?

    I like True Nutrition. Been using their products since it was called True Protein. Quality is good, decent flavor choices, and the option to make your own blends works out perfectly for me.

    My favourite preworkout is 10mg levitra and 100-200mg caffeine.
    Cheap and cheerful

    I dont really use protein powdet but i used myprotein one before because it was cheap also

    Another alternative would be CIALIS here but either can be used effectively.

    I dont know for sure, but havent been able to find anything to say that labdoor is biased or owned by someone in particular that would skew the ratings.

    I use dymatize iso100 whey isolate and has been good to me. Also tried the new R1, or Rule 1. The guys that started optimum nutrition sold it, then started this Rule brand. Havent seen much as far as labs yet, but supposed to be better than ON, but who knows

    Species Nutrition Whey Isolate what I've been using for a year or so.

    check your proteins ingredients . if the first and only whey ingredient is not "pure hydrolyzed whey isolate" , then your protein is sub par. if it says whey concentrate, followed by all sorts of other stuff and fillers, then thats what your paying for.. its fine, your getting the protein, but your getting a sub par one with fillers. taking that is better then missing a meal

    as for pre workout
    50mg Tren suspension , 20mg Dbol

    I dig myprotien impact whey or muscle feast 100%whey.

    pre workout
    tne 50 mg and higenamine hcl 30 mg, 500mg caffeine( I'm addicted to it, will have physical withdrawal from less than 500mg daily)

    I've been taking 50mg of tren base (mix5 from phatmacom) and honestly cannot tell that ive pinned anything. Think its just junk.
