oh there are lots of opinions on this
from my experience : it's great. I have some doubts regarding what it does contain, but you get improved pumps and overall energy.
I used to take 1 pack a day every morning, effects take 3-5 days at least to be felt.
Drink lots of water to protect your kidneys.
