I was considering taking Ginseng to help with Low Energy. I was doing research yesterday on Ginseng. I found out there are 5 different types of Ginseng. Each one does something a little different.

I was wondering if anyone has taken multiple Ginseng types at once? (I mean 500mg of Siberian, 500mg American, 500mg Korean, etc...)

I don't want to be all jittery if I can avoid it.
