    Question Multivitamins / 2 a day?

i bought two different types of multivitamins. One multivitamin comes with minerals and the other multivitamins comes with iron. I've read that you shouldn't take more than 2 multivitamins because of the side effects but both of these have different stuff with them such as the minerals and the other one with Iron.

Would it be ok to take two of them? also with cod liver oil.

If a multi-vitamin company could legally advise you to take more than one-a-day, it would but, they can't because they would be sued. A class-action lawsuit would be formed representing the hundreds of thousands of people who were hurt or died.
You shouldn't take more than one multi-vitamin a day. Taking more will result toxicity and be worse than taking none. Take multivitamins with a fat containing meal, and water, for absorption. If you have a healthy diet and your taking a multi-vitamin, you are likely causing more harm than good.
Perhaps if you examined the list of contents and saw no duplicates, it would be okay.

Sounds good. Also consider, you get a lot of iron in meats and, iron blocks anti-oxidants and other nutrients, plan on ingesting them at different times.
