    Supplements that increase Growth Hormone

Even tho i know that to be effective HGH needs to be adminsitrated as a shot, i wan to take some supplements before bed to increase GH produce for better sleep quality.
Here`s the list so far, need some opinions
1.Citruline Malate - 6-8 grams 1h before bed, empty stomach ? conflict information, need help.
Citrulinte malate incraseses argnine levels, arginine levels promotes GH production.

    2.GABA - 3-5g
It was initially thought that GABA ingestion increases Growth Hormone secretion, although this is true to a degree earlier studies[8] have clarified 'Growth Hormone' into a more specific subset of analogues. Immunoreactive Growth hormone (irGH) and Immunofunctional Growth Hormone (ifGH) are two analogues which appear to be elevated in vivo after oral administration of GABA.

Despite GABAs inefficacy in passing the BBB, it appears to induce these changes via neurological means, more specifically a reaction which is mediated via dopamine release at a suprapituitary level.

    3.creatine 20gs
During exercise, creatine supplementation can suppress growth hormone secretion: up to 35% during loading; up to 5% during maintenance. At rest, creatine supplementation can spike growth hormone by up to 83±45%. This bidirectional effect is similar to that of arginine supplementation.

L-Glutamine showed some increases in HGH in some studies.

Can the OP or somebody else elaborate on the effect of creatine on GH levels?

I've never heard of this before....

This is older and refers to the loading phase:

That said, the basic theory is that creatine allows increased performance and with that comes potentially an increase in endogenous GH production.

Sorry for bumping this thread, but I've just found it and I wonder whether someone takes HGH supplements. As far as I know, they are ineffective methods of introducing HGH into the body, even when given in dangerously high doses.
